Family Physician Opportunity – Bowmanville, Ontario
Our client is seeking Family Physicians to join a well-established and growing medical practice in Bowmanville, Ontario. Due to a rising population and a shortage of family physicians, this is an excellent opportunity to establish a thriving practice in a busy, patient-centered clinic with a strong support team.
Position Details:
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Position Type: Permanent or Fixed-Term
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, fixed schedule, no on-call commitment
- Patient Volume: 250–300 patients per week per physician
- Billing Model: 75/25 split with unlimited earning potential
- Minimum Hourly Guarantee: Provided for the first 40-50 hours
- Annual Leave: 4 weeks
Clinic & Support:
- Established for 5+ years with over 7,000 registered patients
- 7 consulting rooms in a modern, well-equipped facility
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Practice Solutions (Telus EMR)
- Experienced Medical Office Assistants (MOAs) for administrative support
- On-site Pharmacy for added convenience
